Relationship Marketing and the Consumer Mentality

Blog-post by Ryan Farris, Mon, 05/12/2014 - 13:58

By now you’ve probably heard the mantra “the customer is always right”. Seems implausible, but that’s the age we live in. With the wealth of options that are available for any given product or service, if you turn a customer away, they are going right into the arms of your competitor. What's stopping your engineering team from going to the cloud?

Blog-post by Mark Grindle, Thu, 03/29/2012 - 18:43

a) There is no cloud solution on the market that meets my engineering needs or that can support my engineering applications.

b) There is no cloud service that has the global reach, or security, that I require.

c) There is too much investment in our legacy engineering infrastructure, I can’t afford to change.

e) All of the above.

Before you left click that mouse to go to that other “work related” page, wait a few seconds while I explain what I’m talking about. While there is a ton of hyped up, blown out and super hyperventilated information out there about how the cloud makes your life better, reduces your workload and ultimately makes your coffee and butters your toast, not much is said about how the cloud can help your company save or make money. Real money…not that kinda-sorta-maybe-coulda money, but real put-it-in-the-bank money.
