Doug has a total of 28 years experience, in the Information Technology industry, having filled the role of developer, analyst, designer, DBA, system architect, project leader, program and project manager. Doug has focused on his executive responsibilities, program/project management and system architecture, for the past 19 years. Doug was the co-author of one of the first Relational Database GUI tools, "SQLMonitor" and has managed many commercial software development projects, for leading vendors such as; Gupta Technologies, Borland Software, ADP, Pointbase, Virgin Records, Embarcadero, Excite, OfficeTiger, Pervasive Software, HP, and others. He was also a contributing editor for Databased Advisor Magazine where he wrote a monthly column called "Inside SQL Windows" Doug is experienced in the media/communications, information technology, energy/natural resources, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, utilities, transportation, government, food and beverage, health, education, and retail industries.
