Here's the alternative. Have the CIO managed the duties of the proposed Cee Mobo (Chief Mobility Officer), given the importance of mobility on converged infrastructure and information optimization. If organziations are deploying mobile devices as a primary computing solution, this needs to be part of a primary IT strategy, not parallel to it (which is what would happen if it was looked at as a discrete activity.
